Hire Nova Digital was founded by Carmen Pretopapa, who has spent more than 50 years in home improvement and sales — not behind a desk in a marketing office, but in the actual trades this industry serves.
Carmen has worked in home improvement his entire career, including time as a partner in Nova Exteriors, a windows and doors company in Vienna, Virginia. His career has also included large-scale home improvement sales, including his long-standing role as a Design Consultant with Empire Today, where he's worked directly with homeowners on flooring and renovation projects for years.
That hands-on experience is exactly why Hire Nova Digital exists. After decades of seeing how much revenue gets lost to missed calls, slow follow-up, and leads that quietly fall through the cracks — not because a business isn't good at what it does, but because nobody has time to chase every single opportunity — Carmen built Hire Nova Digital to fix that gap using the same tools bigger companies already rely on.
