Carmen's background started in the early 2000s as a partner in Nova Exteriors, a windows and doors company in Vienna, Virginia. From there, his career moved into large-scale home improvement sales, including his long-standing role as a Design Consultant with Empire Today, where he's worked directly with homeowners on flooring and renovation projects for years.

That hands-on experience is exactly why Hire Nova Digital exists.
