These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hire Nova Digital website and services, operated by Nova USA, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Hire Nova Digital provides AI-powered automation, website design, CRM, and marketing services for local service businesses.
Communications
We communicate with you through calls, texts, and emails in connection with your inquiry, appointments, and the services you request. Providing your phone number or email address alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages. Where marketing messages are involved, you must separately and affirmatively opt in. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time as described in the SMS Messaging Program section below. SMS Messaging Program
Hire Nova Digital, a division of NOVA USA LLC, sends opted-in subscribers texts about requested demonstrations (including mobile mechanic missed-call text-back demos), inquiry follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional offers where marketing consent has been given. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
To opt out, text STOP to the number that sent the message. After opting out, one confirmation message may be sent and no further program texts unless you opt in again. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to improve your business's lead response and marketing performance, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or lead volume.
Payment Terms
Services are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided remain the property of Nova USA, LLC.
Limitation of Liability
Nova USA, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
