1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hire Nova Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Hire Nova Digital provides AI automation, CRM systems, website design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of services for any client will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Hire Nova Digital, a division of NOVA USA LLC, sends opted-in subscribers texts about requested demonstrations (including mobile mechanic missed-call text-back demos), inquiry follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional offers where marketing consent has been given. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

To opt out, text STOP to the number that sent the message. After opting out, one confirmation message may be sent and no further program texts unless you opt in again.
